Join Impact 100

We are happy to hear that you are joining us to make a lasting impact on Greater Cincinnati.  
 There are several ways for you to join, see below for options. 
-   Pay online  To pay by credit card or electronic funds transfer Click here. 
-   Pay by Check Just fill out this Membership Form to pay by check. 
-   Stock Transfer  Use this Stock Transfer Doc if you'd like to donate or join with stock.   

Please note that all contributions must be paid in full by 12/31 to ensure voting the following September. 
Join Impact 100 as a 110% Member - The additional $100 offsets necessary overhead expenses (such as a financial audit, insurance, website, mailings, etc.).  We certainly appreciate the additional funds to continue to strengthen Impact 100.
 
Join Impact 100- 100% of your donation goes directly to a Greater Cincinnati Charity that you personally cast a vote on during the September Annual Awards celebration  (Note: a $25 adminstration fee is applied to online payments).  

Join Impact 100 as a Group Member -  Impact 100 recognizes that not everyone can commit to the $1,000 donation but still want to be part of Impact 100.  You can get a group or 2,3 or 4 women and join as a group.  As a group you will be able to cast a vote at the September Annual Awards celebration and participate in events. (Note: New for 2012 we are adding a small adminstrative fee to cover the additional cost associated with multiple members,)

       -   Duet Group membership fee is $525/person if mailing a check, $538 if paying online. 
       -   Trio Group Membership is $364/person if mailing a check, $376 if paying online. 
      -    Quartet Group membership is $290/person if mailing a check, $297 if paying online.
