Impact 100 ensures that the grants given to local non-profits work hard to improve our community. The Community Investment Review Committee (CIRC) is a volunteer group of Impact 100 members who research grant applications and follow up with past grant recipients. Below are two forms available for grant recipients to use to update Impact 100 on the status of the grant and the benefit to our community,
This report should be completed by each Impact 100 grant recipient during the first twelve months of the grant receipt. Each recipient's grant agreement will outline the specific due dates of the report. This report continues to be completed by those recipients who received installment payments up to 12 months after the final installment payment. This report is a vehicle for Impact 100 to keep in touch with all our grant recipients from 2002 forward. Our members continually express interest in the previous projects and programs funded. We will utilize this information in our newsletter and possibly for membership events. CIRC was formally the Finance Committee. We have expanded the role to include:
1. The financial review of current grant applicants prior to becoming a finalist.
2. Liaisons with the five grant review committees to be a financial resource as they review the applicants.
3. The follow up and review of previous grant winners and their respective projects.
4. Reporting to the membership the status, success and challenges of previously funded projects.
Members can serve as a core member that would review the prospective five finalists from each grant review committee. As a liaison to a grant review committee you would work with a specific committee and their prospective finalists.
