As a member of Impact 100, YOU are our best tool for getting word out about our mission and how we are transforming the community one grant at a time. One of the easiest ways for us to get to meet interested women is through a Spread the Word (STW) experience. Many STWs are parties specifically thrown to introduce people to Impact 100. However, it is just as effective for an Impact 100 member to begin an existing meeting with a short presentation about Impact 100.
If you have a regular meeting of women, would you consider having a representative spend 10–15 minutes telling your group about Impact? It allows us to meet new groups of potential members with very little additional effort on you. Just let us know when the meeting is and we will come with all the necessary materials.
Here are some ideas of existing meetings where there could be a “mini” STW:
- Book Clubs
- Prayer Groups
- Play Groups
- Bunko Night
- Networking Group
- Women’s Professional Organizations
- Knitting Group
