In case you missed us on Facebook this week, here are the five reasons to make an Impact this Holiday season:
- Be Unique—Impact 100 is the only non-profit in the area that 100% of your membership dollars go directly to the grant recipient. We have had some fabulous past recipients, such as Starfire University, Dress For Success, Lighthouse Youth Services, Freestore Foodbank, Tender Mercies (among others), and most recently Stepping Stones and Safe Haven Farms.
- Give Collectively—If you are like me and cannot personally write a check for $100,000, you can still see the amazing results of giving a HUGE sum of money to a local charity. We have an on-going relationship with the recipients so we can see and hear firsthand of their transformations!
- Guilt Free Spending—When you join Impact 100 you decide how involved or not involved you want to be. You can attend fun networking events, serve on a grant or financial committee, sit on the Board or just vote in September. Just think about it, it’s better than Retail Therapy!
- Be Selfish—Think of yourself…You will find yourself surrounded by bright, sophisticated, driven and passionate women, whose goal is to make something Big Happen, year after year, without fundraising. These are women who are inspired to change people’s lives and improve the community we all live in.
- JOIN IMPACT—Help us grow. The more members we have, the more $100,000 grants we can give. What an amazing gift to our community! To be part of this impactful group of volunteers, you need to become a member before December 31st…preferably today!
