Integrity, Accountability, Ethics — these are words that I often hear from Impact members, and it’s “music to my ears.” Whether it’s a board meeting, grant review committee meeting, golf outing, wine tasting, or other event — these very important words flow easily during conversations, and reinforce the sound principles upon which the Impact 100 model was formed and has been refined over the past 9 years. These values provide the framework by which the Grant Review Committees, and Community Investment Review Committee (CIRC), review, evaluate, visit, and select the Non-profit finalist in each of the five focus areas, which will be announced in August. So next time you think about or speak of Impact 100, we hope these words — Integrity, Accountability, and Ethics easily come to mind.
